Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your product.

Prepare Packaging

Ensure all items are unassembled and securely packed in their original manufacturer boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

Ship Items

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance services.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the items for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
